make it easy to upgrade your existing machining operation
to include all of the benefits of tool positioner control.
The control signal for the amplifier assumes the form of air
pressure ranging from 0 to 60 psi. This range of pressure
corresponds to tool displacements typically ranging from 0
to 0.008" of travel. The amplifier converts air pressure,
by means of a compact and dependable diaphragm system, to
the hydraulic pressure needed to energize the inherently-stiff
Samsomatic tool positioner. That can be up to 7,680 psi!

The TA-100 is compact in size, and can mount right on the
machine spindle in rotary applications. This compact amplifier
is ideal for applications in which single tool positioners,
or multiple tool positioners with different setting requirements,
are used. For applications requiring multiple tool positioners
with the same setting requirements, TA-600 has higher capacity,
a built-in reservoir, and mounts conveniently at your workstation.
