Electronic Positioning Controller - SPC0800

When simple tool position corrections are all that you need to keep feature size within tolerance, extra function can mean unnecessary extra cost. With that in mind, Samsomatic created the SPC0800 Electronic Positioning Controller.
We made it simple and affordable, but packed it with features so that you stay in control. The built in front keypad allows you to quickly set initial position, correction step size, total positioner travel, tool change position, and tool number. Based on your workpiece requirement and expected cutting tool wear, simply program the Electronic Positioning Controller and use its alarm feature to alert you to required tool changes. Full manual tool positioning is available via the two large "plus" and "minus" buttons located above the main keypad. The locking front cover protects the unit from tampering during programmed operation.
